Overview and Experience

Lily Lord’s legal practice includes patent drafting, patent prosecution, and client counseling in a variety of chemical, electrical, and mechanical technologies. Lily has extensive experience in semiconductor technology, including semiconductor device structure, fabrication, and packaging. Her experience also includes other technical areas, such as display device technology, battery and solar cell technology, image processing, optical devices, paper technology, as well as aspects of material composition and polymer science. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Lily was involved in chemical engineering research, including bioengineering processing and monitoring. Languages: English, Russian, and Hebrew.
