Lee IP Law was founded in 2000 with a vision towards establishing a preeminent world-class intellectual property law firm. We are steadfast in our commitment to providing our clients with the highest quality of legal service in an efficient and effective manner.

Meet Our People

The attorneys of Lee IP Law are highly skilled and experienced in the field of intellectual property law. From initial procurement and acquisition strategy to licensing and management of intellectual property rights, the attorneys of Lee IP Law are highly adept and capable in identifying and developing an integrated strategy to achieve the goals and objectives of our clients. We are also specialized in rendering opinions relating to patentability, coverage, validity/invalidity, and infringement/noninfringement of patents.

Our attorneys are all registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and most are members of the Virginia State Bar in addition to other bars. All of our attorneys have an undergraduate degree in engineering, chemistry or other natural science. Most of our attorneys have prior work experience as engineers or scientists or have served as in-house counsel for major technology companies.

Legal Assistants & Support Staff

Our legal assistants and support staff each have significant experience and have developed specialized expertise in the field of intellectual property practice. We provide continuous training for our legal assistants and support staff to ensure they are up to date with all practice changes and regulatory changes at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. We have developed an in-house, intranet/cloud-based patent prosecution system that harnesses the latest technology, and includes task management, work-flow automation and document management, to assist us in providing our clients with the highest level of prosecution service in an efficient and highly responsive manner. Each of our legal assistants and support staff participated in the creation of this system, and each is highly adept at using this system to the benefit of each of our clients.

Lee IP Law, an established IP law firm located in Fairview Park, Falls Church, Virginia, seeks registered patent attorneys with at least one year of patent prosecution experience in electrical, electro-mechanical, semiconductor, material science, chemical, and optics arts (degree in E.E., Ch.E., Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, Optics or similar field is preferred). We are seeking focused and dedicated patent prosecution attorneys to join our growing team of professionals.
