She performs various tasks related to the intake, docketing and filing of all documents in connection with the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
In addition, she has performed various tasks related to litigation support and patent opinion preparation.
Ms. Milhon has been with the firm since its inception.
Ms. Werbow has over thirty years of intellectual property law experience in law firm and corporate arenas where she has dealt with prosecution and litigation.
Ms. Werbow joined the firm in 2001, and assists with patent prosecution, docketing and legal opinion projects.
She has extensive experience in conducting research at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, having previously worked with an intellectual property research company for many years.
Ms. Robbins joined the firm after working nineteen years with a company that provides patent data and support services to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office,
where she was responsible for patent integrity and post-allowance processing. She provides patent prosecution support, as well as verifying and reporting many of the standard communications from the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
Mr. Robbins has almost thirty years of intellectual property experience, first with a company tasked with verifying the formality of pre-grant patent applications for the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, and then with another firm providing prosecution support for intellectual property professionals.
He has conducted thousands of searches of various types at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and other agencies.
He provides docketing support for the firm.
Ms. Batjargal joined the firm after receiving her Masters degree in Accounting.
Ms Batjargal is the administrator for Lee & Morse, and oversees all bookkeeping and accounting functions as well as HR, insurance and benefits issues.
In addition to English, she is fluent in Mongolian and Russian.
Ms. Lee has been a member of our firm since 2011.
She is specialized for full-cycle billings, collections, and assisting with clientsí accounting issues.
She holds a Bachelorís degree in Accounting and is fluent in Korean.
Mr. Kang had 9 years of experience in IT field as Helpdesk specialist, Network Administrator and Web Developer in small and large organizations prior to joining Lee & Morse, P.C. as IT Administrator.
His IT experience has expanded to the areas of Virtualization, Disaster Planning, Security and Business Applications and more.
He is fluent in Korean.
